Ariana Black & Ian Telfer have been running awarded venues and catering companies all their lives.

By using the freshest local ingedients, sourced from the most reputable grocers, fishmongers, butchers and fruiterers, we are ensuring a consistently high standard of food for both Black Salt and the sister company, Incognito Catering

Food and hospitality is our passion. We are constantly researching and creating new recipes, sourcing new products, and more recently, establishing our own onsite market garden

Since opening in May 2022 we have enjoyed being a part of the local community and providing a unique space to casually dine, or host special events in our upstairs function loft.
